So I never got my alignment after I did this even though I knew I had a bad tie rod end and didn't have any alignment or tire problems until I replaced the bad tie rod end. I also had to get a camber kit to move the camber where it needed to be, but after this it's doing alright. It's different with different trucks but I got lucky and didn't have any uneven wear! Here's the catch. When I had my truck aligned the mechanic said his friend cranked the t bars on an explorer, and then he went over a railroad track and his t bars broke! He said it would happen to me eventually but I don't believe him because I have never heard of that happening before but it made me really curious. So my question is, has this ever happened to any of you or anyone you know???? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!! thanks!
