Default Body/Suspension Lift?????

Hey guys i got a 93' 4x4 manuale ranger. I was wondering what is the difference between a body lift and suspension lift? What are the benefits and downsides of each and which do you think looks better? Also are there any modifications for each liek shifter extender, steering wheel, and such? Please let me know!

Bodylift raises just the body off the frame. Need a shifter extension and steering extension. Shifter extension you have to buy separate.

Suspension lifts the suspension up. You replace the stock spindles with larger ones. And you put blocks in the rear to lift the back up.

why does everybody think blocks are safe alteratives to lift a vehicle with? Get a shackles and add a leaf. You'll be better off, safer, and no axle wrap which in turn saves your leaf springs.

No extensions needed for a suspension lift...If you do go suspension though, dont get rough countrys 4 or 6 inch kit. Their drop brackets have been know to put a hole in your front diff.

Also, he has a 93, so it will be coils doing the lifting, not spindles.

those parts wont work with a TTB ranger (ie yours seeing how its a 1993 4x4) no idea were the idea of spindles came to be working with a 4wd ranger of any sort.

here are a group of kits that would work. no idea if these are expensive cheap or what but its a good group of the options
