By hockey puck your talking about a spacer right? If so you have a few options you can use a daystar kit PN-KF09108F6L Link- http://www.suspensionconnection.com/...F09108F6L.html or I beleive skyjacker made some "leveling springs" also you can use the spring perches off a 90's F-150 that sit on the bottom or you can use F-150 coil springs.

To instal pull spring out put spacer/coil in bolt everything back in place

Edit- the webpage is just a ref you can find them cheaper

Are not F150 springs a little bigger then ranger springs?

Why not find some 2" lift ranger springs? The F150 springs will be really stiff compared to the ranger lift springs.

Using F150 springs is cheap and just laying around, yes they are bigger height wise. I was just pointing out all the options he has and let him choose

You have to be careful how tall you go or else you'll end up with \ / for your front alignment. TTB is very finicky any time you adjust the suspension angle.

I don't think it'll affect you too much. After you're done just look at the angle of the wheels from the front.

As far as the fitment goes, you should be fine, as long as the coils seat in the bottom bucket properly, and fit within the shock tower.

It would not hurt to get an alignment after putting the new coils in.

That way your tires won't wear odd.

If your tires do go \ / afterwards, you can just turn your factory cam bushings. Or at least loosen them up so the ailgnment shop don't rape you labor, saying they had to break out the torch and all this shit. Some rangers have alot of adjustment on the factory bushings, some do not. But you should have some type of offset hole in the bushing. Generally from the factory the offset is pre set to be thick to the motor side thus allowing you to turn the thick part out and bring the tire in.
