Would a 3 Inch body lift fit 33s??

Hey guys this is my first post to this forum. i am currently running 31s on my 99 Ranger XLT 4.0L and I wanna get 33's under it without rubbing. Now I'm pretty much a broke college student so anything over a grand won't do for me but I was considering putting a body lift so this summer I can get 33's. How big a lift would I have to do to get 33s without any rubbing at all and no other problems?

i have a 03 with only a body lift and i have 33's. what size 33 are u looking to get. if u go with a 33/12.50 it will rub alittle. i have 33/10.50 and they do not rub. u should look into a 32/11.50 those look great and they will fit with giving u enough width

x2 on the 32's. I had 32 BFG AT's on my ranger with a 3" BL. I think it looked/fuctioned perfectly. 33's look to busy on just a 3". You need at least 5" of lift for 33's IMO.

I wanted to get 33 by 12.50 but if they rub like you said I'll probably go with a 10.50 unless I can find a 11.50 somewhere for a reasonable price. My 31s that are on it now are 10.50 but they look too skinny I wanna go for something wider

^^you could do wheel spacers. then they wouldnt rub.

u want the 32/11.50 than. and u wont find a 33/11.50.

Broke...better worry about the gas mileage...........bigger tires won't help with that..

I'm not too worried about gas mileage I have an AEM Brute Force cold air intake that gives me about 3 more mile to the gallon so if i put 33s it'd put me at around 16/17 mpg

I got a 3in bl and 33 1250s and i dont have anyt rub at all. Tbars are cranked alittle tho

If you are broke you can always just go with a t-bar crank and a set of lift shackles. That will get you enough lift for 33's.

i have 33-12.5 s and just cranked torsionbars and i have no rubb. i took my front valance off though
