do you have to loosen any bolts or anything on the t-bars or just start cranking on them?

Its different on each truck. One of the bars will usually be a different height then the other you just have to play with it to get the truck level all around. Just make sure you measure adjust measure adjust..... and you will be fine.

did it this morning. crazy how 2 turns of a bolt can give you about 2 inches of lift... and level out the truck....

You will want to get an alignment soon just to be safe so you don't eat up your tires.

my ball joints are all messed up so it would be a waste of money, i just rotate my tires once a month lol.

lol same here. i never got a alinement and my ball joints boots been ripped since the day i bought this truck. Now with maxed out t-bars on both sides i don't care if these ball joints start to go. Plus my tires have been wearing perfectly on both sides it seems to me. No uneven tire wear at all. kinda want them to wear out already so i have an excuse to get 31's lol
