need some advice
I got a 2003 XLT FX4. I wanna put a 3in lift on it and get dome smaller fenders for it. I have the bushwackers but i want something smaller. What do you recomned I use or go to get the lift kit and fenders?

What size tire u gonna run?
If you dont have a wide enough tire it will look like crap Summit.com sales a body lift for 149
|

3" body lift u can run 33" tires
With anything larger than stock u will need the right rear axle gears or you mpg and power will go south fast Since u have the FX4 I will say u have 4.10 gears Ill bet u have the #97 8.8 Open 4.10 4.10 gears in the rear axle are ideal On your driver door u will see this label look at what number is given under the AXLE marked in red  Then match it up on this chart to see what gears u currently have

i run 32s stock on mine with a crank of the t-bars. for flares you can run OEM flares.

don't have the tools to mount tires...just had the shop that i bought the tires from do it all.

by 15 or 16 I am guessing you mean wheels. I run 15" as tires are cheaper for them. and as stated above the t-bar twist is really easy. Just a simple socket set will get the job done.
