lift kit

Hi all, im new to this site.

I have a y reg (2000) 2wd ford ranger pickup that i use for towing and farm work. I want to lift the suspension on it 2-3" but how can you do this? I can't find any lift kits for them.

I can do the rear but just need to know how you do the front? Don't want to spend lots of money on it though.
