Hey guys i want to put a 2 inch leveling kit in my 93'. I was wondering other than removing the front springs and installing the part is there anything else i have to do? The only reason i ask is on my truck when you install a lift kit you have to get a shifter extender and other things. So will i i have to do anything like that or am i good? Below is a link of the kit i am looking at getting. My friend put on on his hummer (boo gm) and he didnt have to do anything special. Let me know! Thanks!

I didn't see a picture of what it looks like but I could have missed it. Is it just a spacer the goes over or under your front springs?

If it's what I'm thinking it is, you shouldn't have to change anything.

Yeah all it does is compress the springs.

If thats just the spacer that go's under your spring then they are way over priced, you can get those through Fat bob's garage for $30. http://store.fatbobsgarage.com/ford-...997-p3779.aspx I bought my levling kit through them and it works great and was easy to install. I didn't have to change anything on mine, I think the shit extender is for body lifts.

Yeah those are a great price but they are plastic and plastic warps over time. After a year or two they warp so bad the truck will look like what it did without the leveling kit.

the kit you listed says its either plastic or aluminum and didnt specify which.

with those blocks from fat bob's, do you need to buy stud extenders too? or can u just install the spacers and be done with it?

if you do need them, can someone explain to me where they go?
I see it says, lengthen the bolt that goes from underneath the coil seat to the top of the spacer. does it go through the middle of the spacer and hold it from moving sideways?
