Default 04 Edge long travel

I am interested in a long travel kit but I do not want to lift it more than 3", wider is okay. Has anyone installed a setup that fits this criteria?

Camburg Engineering Inc - liftkits - shocks - hella - bilstein - offroad
Home - Long Travel Suspensions - Dixon Bros Racing

Couple others, but I cannot remember them now. Camburg has a really nice 6.0 kit for the EDGE.

I know a few people that have or had them. I never had the opportunity to ride in them though sadly. Not to take away from this site. But dezertrangers.com is all LT basically. And most of them are SoCal people.

I do not want to go to much higher a couple inches.
I am okay with going wider.

Something like this would be good http://www.blitzkriegoffroad.com/ima...er_xlt_lt4.jpg

If you are going to go LT, you will more than likely have to switch to fiberglass fenders as the up-travel you get will just keep smashing into your fenders.

Thats funny that you show that picture... the guy who owns that truck lives in SJ and I know this because he's selling it for $18.5k on Craigslist.

WIll the tire (up travel) interfere with the fender if it does not exceed the width of the fender?

That is correct...but your stock suspension width with more up travel will still hit your fenders. You can just pull the rears for free. But you will need to upgrade to glass fenders up front.
