Default Leveling front end

I've got an 07 Ranger base model 2wd. I'd really like to lift the front end up to have it match with the rear. My question is what is the best/cheapest way to do it? I've looked into coil spacers... and just wanted some opinions on what I should do. These are what I've found so far.

Any input would greatly be appreciated!

Default Re: Leveling front end

From my buddy's research (mostly poking around other forums) I've found that guys have been table to take F-150 coils and invert them and they fit right in Rangers giving your front end 2" of lift upon which you can place spacers or whatnot (I'm really not pro at this, I'm considering lifting for the first time in a couple weeks). I know this holds true for 83-94 Rangers for the most part, but it may bear looking into for the newer ones. The junkyards where I live want $50 a coil before the bartering process even began, so you may be able to do it for even cheaper, esp. if you know the guys.
