Default Rear Shock Extender/Angle Change

Anyone fabricated a homemade rear shock extender?

I'd love to see what people are coming up with.

You see, I just recently purchased shocks (in the last month) and had not thought about lifting until recently. So, here I sit with standard 2wd length shocks (Monroe SensaTracs with the overload spring around it) and the thoughts of a 2" lift.

Any thoughts on making one? I've got ideas, but if someone has a solution, I'd rather not re-invent the wheel.

Also, Has anyone changed the mounting angle on the rear shocks for more/less absorption? I saw a chart on that @ TRS

Essentially something like this:

ANGLE Percentage Of Affectiveness
Perpendicular 100%
+ / - 10 Degrees 98%
+ / - 20 Degrees 92%
+ / - 30 Degrees 86%
+ / - 40 Degrees 74%
+ / - 50 Degrees 68%

Thanks!
