Performance Accessories service experience?
I am wondering if anyone has had experience with Performance Accessories' technical support/customer service?
I ask because I recently got a PA body lift, and just as I am reaching the end of the lift project, I realized that the steering extension is the wrong one!
I emailed a number of times about this, but I only got one response, as of this writing. I called, left a voicemail, and never heard back. All I am asking for is to swap out the part for the correct one. Simple, I think.
If others have gotten great service from them, then I will dismiss this as an isolated incident (though quite lengthy and inconvenient!). At the same time, if this has been an ongoing issue, then I may have to escalate this matter.
