Same suspension since 98. In 01 they upped the rotors from 10.25" to 11.25". You have a few options. Since you are just looking for lift and not performance you can get a 3" spindle, 2.5-3" UCA/Coil, 1" coil spacer or 3" body lift. You will need at least 2 of those to get 33s in.
Here is my 04 xlt 2wd with 3" spindle in front and 1.5 AAL and 1.5 shackle in back on 32x11.5:

Still on the market for a lift for my 09' xlt. Any info? I found a spindle lift by fabtech on a website, but it hasn't been approved by fabtech yet. Any information will be greatly appreciated!!!

You can use any lift for an 01+ Ranger that is coil sprung. Nothing has changed. Fabtech and doestch make the spindles. doestch is usually cheaper.
