So, last week I got my 3 inch p.a body lift. I don't want to spend tons of money for some place to install it. I have no clue how to do it, and no one else I know does either.. If someone around the Tampa area is willing to help me install it i'll be willing to give you some cash.. Thank you all.

Since the tires I had on my truck would look silly with it being 3in taller. I bought new tires and rims to go with it. While at the tire place getting the wheels mounted and balanced I talked to the guy doing it. Turns out he and his buddies were all about doing lifts on trucks. Next time youre out running around, try stopping in to one of your local auto shops and ask those dudes if any have done, know how to, or have the brains enough to do it or try it. It's a simple install and hard to screw up if you follow the instructions. I'm sure somebody around town has the mechanicability to be able to do it with you...and yes I made up a new word.

edgeman4.0 you got a good lookin ranger. i got the same truck but im wantin to do a body lift, however some trucks you see look bad cuz the frame is low and you can see between body and frame, but yours looks real good, where did you get your lift kit from?

I actually ordered my kit from summit racing's website. It's the summit brand 3 in bodylift kit instead of the performance acessories kit. (summit kit is cheaper)

Summit also sells gap guards or go to the how to section on the forum to see how you can make them yourself

body lifts are easy to do. it comes with some pretty good instructions too.
