Default 99 4x4 - 33" tires, 3" body lift alignment issues

I've got a '99 4X4 with a 3" body lift and 33x10.5x15 BFG Mud Terrains. 5.0 swap.

Did a bunch of front end work - new rack and pinion, outer tie rod ends, upper control arms, shocks, wheel bearings, Mile Marker manual hubs, adjustable camber/caster bolts on both sides, sway bar end links, CV axles.

I think the torsion bars are somewhat in the stock setting, with maybe an adjustment for truck lean maybe. Not sure if the previous owner messed with it beyond that.

Took it to get an alignment, and it pulled to the passenger side somewhat. Drove it about 50 miles and started noticing some inner tire wear.

It did look like the passenger side tire was visually "off" a little and thought it might be the toe, but according to the machine it's pretty much dead on.

There is a two piece adjustable upper control arm for the passenger side - that type was on the the truck, but I replaced it with a non adjustable/solid one. I'm not certain if that makes a huge difference in the ability to get it properly aligned or not.

Took it back to the shop (major franchise) and told them what was happening. They put it back on the machine and afterwards told me that they can't adjust it any further and that's the best it can get unless I buy extended upper control arms, which sounds like crap to me.

From what I can gather, they've adjusted things as far out as it can go and it still isn't enough to get it right. Any suspension pros in here that can weigh in on getting this truck to run straight down the road and not tear up my tires?

I've included a photo of the alignment settings from the machine. Sure would appreciate any help!

Well only camber and toe wear tires. And if those are correct measurements it should not wear the tires. Does that mean the tech didn’t bump the head and make it green no. Did you watch them the whole time they ran it out? Or just afterwards? And does it pull all the time? Or only when braking? Give more details. Is it actually pulling or is the steering wheel just not center? And are they the same tires that were on it before all these news parts?

Looks like it’s not really that bad. It’s all in the green, and it’s difficult to get everything like it was from the factory.

It pulls to the passenger side - not so bad you have to fight it, but enough that you have to keep it corrected while driving. Doesn't pull while braking, so the brakes seem fine. Tires are the same ones as before - didn't pull, and ran straight down the road with an alignment that was done in the driveway.

Steering wheel is centered.

Yeah, it ain't bad, and I don't expect it to drive like factory. I can certainly live with it - and may try to find a camber kit that provides a little more adjustment. I think the Moog kit allows for +/- 1 5/8". Not sure if there are kits available that offer a little more adjustment.

Just trying to get it as good as I can - I do want to get another set of tires, but want to make sure that I work out any alignment issues before that. Tires ain't cheap!

I wouldn’t worry so much about camber. If your experiencing a pull to the right. Take it back to the shop that did the Alignment and tell them you want less caster on the driver side. Caster always pulls to the side with the lower number.

Because most roads are sloped to allow water to run off. It’s always a good idea when doing the Alignment to have a slight pull left to allow for the slope in the road.
