Default I THINK my truck is lifted?????

So long story short, I bought my 99 ranger from an auction with 90k miles on it. Since it was from an auction, I have no idea what was done to it previously. I am brand new to the whole off road scene, so I was hoping someone with more knowledge could help me find out if it is lifted already or not. It came with 31s when I got it. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks guys and please excuse my lack of knowledge... Im still learning!!!

If your intent was "off road scene", then buying two wheel drive anything for any reason was the first mistake. Just saying is all, unless a dirt logging road is somehow, "off road".

My apologies, "off road" isnt necessarily what I meant... poor choice of words I guess. I really want to build a prerunner.

Here is just some pics from the outside and the wheels that are on it now. Just so maybe it can give you an idea of how much clearance there is.

Could always compare the current ride height measurements against the OEM ride height specs.

It looks like a stock height truck with 31s slapped on.

How about some pictures of the front suspension (showing the coil spring and upper/lower control arms) and the the rear suspension (where the lead spring meets the axel).

Factory service manual, and maybe if you have access to a book or a source with front end alignment specs. It's "different for every truck" because as the vehicle ages, the ride height can change, however, the spec and the range for the ride height doesn't.
