Default Leveling kit

I have a 2011 ford ranger 2wd coil sprung 4.0 single cab long bed and wanted to know where I can find a leveling kit that would fit the front of the truck I just want it to sit level with the rear been looking and nothing fits maybe some of you guys know of a kit that fits my year any help would be appreciated.

He stated he has a 2x4 coil sprung truck. He doesn't have torsion bars.

You can do coil spacers but it'll ride like garbage, only good way to lift a coil spring model is spindles

Just shoot for the classic 4" Spindle + 2" coils everyone else runs. Level and lifted. Throw on some nice wheels and some 31's and you're set.

6" of lift with 31's are going to look terrible, my 31's already look a tad undersized with just 4" spindles
