Re: 2002 2wd 4" lift concerns.
Without actually seeing, hearing and feeling what's going on with your truck it would be tough to tell. Larger tires and more aggressive tires always make some noise and vibrate a little.
When do you notice the clunks? Bumps? Acceleration? Stopping?
Need more information. But as always I'd start by looking for warn parts in the front end. Ball joints, sway bar links ect.
EDIT: What's your rear axle gearing? I'd bet a 3.55 or a 3.73 bigger tires need gears
