The only person who has wheels fall of is me. I personally know 3 other people who have broken them but those are more "vehicle accident" cases

Me, I had 35" tires on a 15x10 wheel and I jumped my truck a lot. I pushed my truck way past it's limits of what the parts were designed for and things broke. That's what happens. Same with torsion keys. It's only a matter of time before that torsion bolt turns into a .22 bullet

Food for thought, spindles destroy keys if you compare them. But people go the cheap route.
