Default Suspension or Body lift?

Hello, I recently got a 2007 Ford Ranger Sport 2wd and I was wanting to put some 33's on it. What would be the best option for me to put on these tires? Such as a suspension lift or body lift or even a leveling kit? I don't want anything too extreme. Just want something to make sure the 33's don't rub.

Is there a certain spindle lift you could recommend? And thank you for the feedback!

Run a search in this suspension section - You'll find it's a pretty common question w/ tons of information.

Logan I'm going to give the man the fish.

Maxtrac is a company out of Anaheim CA that makes really good quality lift spindles for Rangers and they have excellent customer service.

Also WNP (WheelsNParts) off of Amazon or EBay sell the same exact spindles with a different name. They're $289. Both cost the same. We have an installation walk through on this site in the "stickies" section of the Suspension Tech.

Food for thought: Installing a spindle lift is a great opportunity to replace any ball joints, bearings or brake components that need replacing since those pieces are just one extra step while you have everything apart.

Hi, for 33" try a 4" body lift. I have 35x12.5x15r and they do great with a 4" lift and 2" hubcentric spacers. I did have to trim the bumper to accommodate for when tire turns.
