Like Logan said, your options are pretty limited.
About all you've got beyond the body lift are lift spindles. They come in 3" and 4".
Solid axle swap is also an option, but that is a lot of time money and effort. It also requires the proper knowledge and equipment.
And yes, you can convert your truck to coilovers (not just coil springs) from torsion bars, but that in itself doesn't provide any lift.

Wait, Those options were for a 2wd truck. I thought judging by your albums that you had a 2wd.
If you're 4wd, you can't do spindles. You're only other option is the 4" superlift. (Or SAS).
You can still convert to coilovers though. But, again, this doesn't provide any lift.

Then yeah any & all spindle lifts are out of the picture for you.
Copy & Paste time:
Since you are a 1998 & newer 4WD - you only have the following general options when it comes to lifting your truck:
- 1"-2" Torsion Bar Crank = Cost is only an alignment.
- Pre-Key Mod (If 2008+ Ranger) = Gets you to the height of a pre-08 stock 4WD Ranger. Then you can perform option #1 from there.
- 2" Leveling Kit (AKA - Torsion Keys) = Waste of money, same as a torsion bar crank - see option #1 above.
- 3" Body Lift (Performance Accessories or Summit Brand) = +/- $200 + Install
- 4" Superlift = +/- $1,700 + Install
- Custom SAS = "Let your imagination take control of your wallet"
Pick your poison.
Rear is the simple part....shackles, AAL or new leaf springs are the "popular" choices.
