Default body lift and tire fitment

Hey Y'all
I own a 1990 Ranger XLT 4x4. picked her up recently as a bush and camping toy. clean little truck but I need to get some better bigger tires on it. currently running worn out 265/70R15 geolanders. would like to step up to 33X10.5R15. from what i can tell the truck does not have a leveling or lift kit. if someone cant tell me what to look for so i know for sure that would be awesome but what i'd really like to know is will the 3" body lift from PA give me enough room for the size i want. ive done lots of research and tried measuring everything myself but id like to hear it from someone who knows.
thanks a bunch.

Also, if you have not done so, look through this thread. It describes all years of Rangers and how much lift needed for a specific tire size. (As well as pics)
Chart of maximum tire size

31 inch tires are usually plenty enough for any Ranger to do the basic things, and they will fit 100% stock on any Ranger from 1993-2011.
I don't have any experience with Rangers prior to 1998, but it's when you decide to get into the big boy tire size, you will need to move things around to get them to fit.

It's also not just the lift, you will also need the correct rim backspace so they don't rub the inside of the truck near the frame area.
