Default Camburg 5.5 Rear?

So for those who are running the Camburg 5.5 lift or know of anyone that is, what is the rear lift looking like? I'm aware the 5.5 kit provides front lift, but I'm curious to what kind of rear lift components you guys are running and also what you guys recommend.

Camburg actually uses the Deaver F31 spring for their packages.

You can try your luck on Craigslist since those puppies run $800 brand new EACH. So both springs would run you like $1600.

Would that be all I need for the rear because it says it gives me 2.5 inches of lift. With 5.5 in the front wouldn't i need to add just a bit more lift to level that?

Well it's simply not just a "lift" like 99% of the members on here. The Camburg kit comes with I believe 12" of total travel so you would have to add travel to the rear as well (upgraded springs) and for $2000 I would be sure that I used my truck not just for lifting it, because there are way more Ranger 2WD lift options that are MUCH cheaper, and also not used for off-road racing.

It's a performance kit built for literally jumping your truck.
But yeah, you most definitely can just lift the back with blocks, or shackles, but you won't get the nice performance with the back that you do the front.
For example, if you try and jump it will nose-dive because the front is rock solid and the back is not.

Yeah man thanks for clarifying. I want to lift the truck once and do it the right way. I'm aware of the quality Camburg makes and I plan on jumping the truck in the future. Once I get out of college and get a good job hopefully this dream will come true. You guys have got it good in Cali haha. I'm on the East Coast.

Yeah lol, Camburg is only like 20 minutes from my house. Haha
Every single day I see a new brorunner.

Also you can look into BTF.
They're out here too (of course) and I believe their kit offers better stuff than Camburg.
The BTF kit offers extended upper and lower arms, where the Camburg Kit does not offer lower arms, which will increase track width by 3.5"
And for a little bit cheaper.

That way you can use whatever coils you choose, since the Camburg coils are a lot beefier than a lot out there. My Maxtrac coils are about 790 lbs/in (compared to 435 factory) and the Camburg coils are over 1,000 for sure. And mine rides just fantastic.

Also, check out this link I created all about coils, I included links to various performance companies at the very bottom:
