help please!
I got a 01 v6 4.0 ex cab 2wd ranger... I'm putting a 6" lift on 4" spindles 2" coils and 4" blocks rear. Also 2" body. I want to run 35s!!! Plan is 15x10 wheels w 35/12.50/15 tires. But the company that sells lift says 35s won't fit? Question is has anyone tried this lift and what size tire did u use? Kit says use a 33/11.50 but I really want a 12.50. Any pictures of the lift after on ur truck and maybe some input on tire size would be awesome help please
Pictures are of the tires wheels and lift kit I'm ready to order once I've talked to someone who knows about this. The employees don't help none they haven't ever put on this lift or know the problems I'll run into. Another ? How long should I make my sway bar end links gonna just use all thread and a pipe for e sleeve figuring 2" longer than factory spindles should make up for the 4" difference in them

This will help you pick the appropriate tire size (pictures included) Chart of maximum tire size
Please remember that just because the tire may fit, does not mean that's the wisest option for your truck. These baby trucks can't handle 35's on a day to day without serious mods. A spindle and lift coil with wider rims just aren't enough.
Also please make a signature so myself and the other members can assist you better in the future.

Also: you don't need aftermarket end links, you're only adding 2" of height, spring-wise. The links will simply follow wherever your lower arms go.

I will tell you this now. Pick a different tire. Have those on my excursion and they are junk. Loud as hell, ride like crap and wear fast as can be. Spend the money on a decent tire. These got put on as a cheap get by tire. It's getting nitto Terra's again as they lasted it 60k
----------
Besides you have most likely a 3.73 gear. I would swap that out the same time you do the lift for a 4.56. Your motor will thank you by lasting and not dying

What size mud stars did you have on your excursion? They've been great on my truck. I've heard from many people that they're great on lighter trucks.

I think that's how it works. I've read bad reviews on the BFG A/T saying they only lasted 30k. On a Silverado 2500 or something.
And then other reviews on a Nissan Xterra where they lasted 130k miles. I think the more weight will wear them much faster.

Re: help please!
I would go too with Nitto's, would last longer and quiet on highway. Last time I check both DiscountTire.com and 4WheelOnline.com have good deals plus some good warranty.
