Should I get a body lift or suspension lift?

Do you off road? If so get a suspension lift. But if your truck rarely sees trails (or only moderate offroading like driving through fields) then a body lift would be fine and cheaper.

I don't do any off reading. Just think it'd look a little better with a lift on it. What size body lift would you recommend?

in that case, go with a body lift. A 3 inch would probably do fine. We give you clearance for bigger tires two, which will look great.

Body lifts are fine offroad, it's not like the superlift gives you better suspension, it's all drop brackets for stock suspension.
So control arms, front crossmember, front diff and torsion bars are still the same distance from the ground. Same with the rear axle. Only way to gain REAL ground clearance are larger tires, and a body lift allows for that. Yes a suspension lift is better, but if price is an issue body lift it.
I beat on mine offroad with a body lift and have no issues whatsoever.

May be late but OP looks to be 2WD. If so he'd have to get spindles and either AAL or lift shackles.
