Default My lift plan. Need some help with the rear..

Alright so I have a '99 2wd xlt. I am going to order Bilstein shocks for the front which will raise it 3'. Link to the shocks:
http://www.allshocks.com/bilstein/ht...ear=%271999%27

For the back I am looking for your guys advice. Should I just do one of the lift blocks in the rear or add a leaf and a lift block?

I didn't have any success finding blocks to raise the rear.. So if anyone has any links they would like to post up that would be greatly appreciated..

umm hate to bust your bubble where as the shocks are "lift" shocks they are for trucks that already have a 3-4 in lift installed on the truck.
Bilstein 5100 Series Offroad Shocks - these shocks are for lifted trucks

But for the rear I would go with a add leaf

Maybe I picked the wrong shock on the website.. But Yesterday I helped a buddy install a lift and he got the Bilstein shocks. They used his stock spring but the shock was adjustable to give you either stock height 2' (i think) and 3'. But anyways, thats where I got the idea to go the same route with my ranger up front than get some advice on the rear.

Here's a pic of the truck we did:

The rear hasn't been finished yet, so that's why its sitting nose high. But its not going anywhere until the rear is leveled out anyways.

Hate to burst your bubble but you obviously haven't a clue what's under your truck do you??? You dont have coil-over-shocks like your buddy's taco has....you've got coil springs and you've got shocks. Two seperate items entirely.
