I think its the Bell Tech 6400 shackles. They are larger than the factory shackles you have on your truck basically making the distance between the leaf and frame greater.

I dont mean to hijack this thread but it looks like its pretty much done. Did anyone have any problems with the bolts on the stock shackle. I was looking at them today and it seems like it be impossible to get the bolt all the way out on my 06 because it hits into this bracket next to my hitch?? any ideas or solution

simple solution: get the top bolt out first

You will need to remove two bolts in order to replace the shackle. The first is the top that attaches the shackle to the mount. The second connects the leaf to the shackle, which is the one you think looks difficult. Remove the top bolt that connects the shackle to the mount first, and the shackle WITH THE LEAF STILL CONNECTED will lower, giving you enough clearance to remove that bolt and reinstall on the new shackle.

thanks man thats really what I was needing. So im thinking just put the rear on jack stands by the frame then use my jack to raise and lower to rear end to take the weight off, slide the bolt out of the shackle to mount and slowly drop the rear some to take out the bolt that attaches the shackle to the leaf. Then put new shackle on the leaf and raise the rear end again into place and bolt new shackles to the mount. Is that sound about right. and just off the top of your head, do you know what tools like size wrenches or sockets will be best to use? Just that'll save me abunch of time.
