Explorer coil springs into 2wd ranger??
I just put explorer leafs into the rear of my 99 2wd ranger and I love the results, much stiffer and rides about 2" higher. I still have the stock front coils, and they ride like garbage. They bounce down the road and I would like to level my truck as well. I also have new Gabriel Ultra shocks all around so it's not my shocks...I have the base model 2wd 4 cylinder with IFS, not the I-Beam suspension. Does anyone know if explorer coils will help me out, or if I should go with just a set of aftermarket lift coils. I only want about 2" of lift but I'm mostly concerned with the ride aspect, I want it stiff like a truck should be. I would also do f150 coils if that's possible without any crazy fab work. I'd like the cheapest option possible. Thanks!
