I think you focused on the wrong part of that sentence. The key is 'bumpers to high'. Break the law and drive unsafe shit, you deserve everything a lawyer shoves up your ass.

Guys, the word I used was "legal" in my post. If a vehicle is not legal, or unsafe in any way, I'd even help to get it off the road. God knows I see complete utter junk on the road daily, smoking and stinking it's way to a possible accident.

Again, this thread is based on a clean ranger with a 3 Inch BL and 31s...not a Chevy s 10 like you just described

GA actually just recently changed up until they made a special category a few years ago trucks were automatically considered farm vehicles and didn't even require seat belts. You could also get away without emissions if you could prove you used it to move stuff on your land and only drove on state roads for limited time. Texas is kinda still in that category plus everything there is lifted factory ride height in Texas includes a body lift lol.
