Extended steering rods do NOTHING to change the camber that is affected by cranked torsion bars. Not like it matters on this truck.

Cheap lift
Front- Easy and cheap F-150 coil springs good for about 3.75 (Note (Jrod-13) from TRS With 3 degree camber bushings, it may be possible to get within factory specs. Depending on your applications, it may also be impossible to align without the axle beam drop brackets.)
Rear-AAL (Add A Leaf) can be found at multiple sites online
Lift block- can be found at multiple websites in lift sizes of 1-4in
Body lifts- Again available from Summit racing and Performance Accessories (Body lift install-> Body Lift 3” – Tech Info Extravaganza )
Lift Shackles- the Chevy lowering Shackles can be used for 1-2in of lift
