body lift-running boards
these oem running boards on my 2003 ranger. are they attached to the body or frame? if you need more pics to clarify then i will. if they are attached to the frame and you put on a body lift how gay does it look. im sure it looks EXTREMELY AWKWARD AND GAY!

Body. They will stay at the same height against the body as they are now. When you put on the body lift they will look the same as they do now. It looks nice actually because they hide the frame some so you can't see it as much.

oh ok it was hard to tell for me looking under there. I just wasnt sure because they seem pretty sturdy for being on the body.

wow, yeah they attach to the body. : ) in fact thats the sturdier place the frame rail are to far twards the center and the brackets connecting the steps would probably bend.
