Sweet tea made at home with real sugar is way healthier. You get your sugar, caffiene, and bonus antioxidants. Coffee even better.

You're better off drinking the real deal. Diet contains aspartame which not only can be addictive (the reason diet drinkers drink them religiously) but turns into formaldehyde IIRC after the body processes it, which over time will mess you up more than a regular soda will.

Would just make more sense to not drink sodas at all. Who needs them ? Nobody. Ever read the ingredients ? It's basically water with alot of chemicals added.

Lol @ all yall. Fuck there was a point where I drank a 24 pack of pop a day for a month. No I'm not 600 pounds. I ate healthy and excersixed daily. I'm down to 3 24oz mountain dews or any pop for that matter in the 24oz bottle

I only drink soda when I'm at work (free soda) or when I go out to eat. Otherwise I usually drink water

Same, at home it's either tea or water and when I eat out I still have tea sometimes and sodas other times. Some foods just go better with a coke lol.
