Old lady and the genie

So this old lady finds an old brass lamp at the antique store. She takes it home and starts polishing it. A genie pops out and says

"For freeing me I'll grant you three wishes"

She thinks for a second and says "I want to be young and beautiful"

Genie claps his hands and she's young and beautiful

She says "I want a mansion with unbelievable wealth""
Genie claps his hands and her house turns into a mansion and there's money everywhere.

Old lady says "Turn my cat there into a young handsome man to be my lover"

Genie claps his hands and disappears. Cat turns into a young handsome man and says to the old lady "Now don't you regret having me neutered!"
