A. No license yet, not til March
B. It's in her name. I have no place to tell her she can't. Trust me I've tried. But I drive it more than her.

im just going to say it. id do it to be a prick. im tired of people thinking that hybrids and stuff like that are going to save the earth. yeah some of them do it because thats what they genuinely feel is right. and i respect that. but im also tired of seeing these people walking around with these go green attitudes because its the hip thing to do now days. i dont know. maybe its just me.

Well . . I guess if I had to choose, I'd rather see those signs then the people whoe "borrow" their relatives handicap signs for their dash just so then can park closer. Slackers.

hmm. well, I don't know what the laws are in KY or PA, but here in FL you're taking a real gamble with that nonsense -- it's a $250 fine for parking in a handicap spot without a handicap placard or plate; it's a $1,500 fine (and criminal offense) to use a handicap plate or placard in a fraudulent manner [...meaning, the person to whom the placard or plate was issued is not utilizing the vehicle as either driver or passenger]. Your chances of getting caught parking in a handicap spot with or without the placard/plate are just about even... so it'd be more financially responsible (but no less reprehensible) to park in that spot without displaying the placard.

I have a 1987 Jeep J10 that has a 4" lift and 35" tires that runs on Propane. You should see the yuppies when I wheel in and park in the "alternative fuel Parking" My F250 gets between 24-28 MPG so why cant I park it in the fuel efficient space? Isnt diesel still an alternative fuel?
