The bike one is kinda funny, but I think it's fake. Wouldn't the driver of the truck have gotten out and checked on the bike guy?

Watching it again I'm thinking it is 'fake'...reading what the Fraulein says about the system in particular now makes me think so. But you have to admit they did a very good job. It is so well done though that I would still allow for the possibility of it being for real.
