favorite fake parts
was thinking today about the muffler bearing concept while talking to the guys at work. just wanted to see if anyone knew of any made up parts besides these.
muffler bearing
blinker fluid
flux capaciter
excarberator
headlight fluid
summer/winter air for the tires
o pipe(exhaust)
piston return spring
volkswagon radiator
and the whole chrome or decals or stickers adding horsepower
looking for more to throw around and see if anyone catches on

Re: favorite fake parts
During my first couple days of work, someone asked me to ask someone for the fallopian tube cutter as a FNG joke. Little did they know I'm not stupid.
At another job during the first week, I was asked to check the air pressure in the rubber tracks of a mini excavator. Same response as above. lol. I know it's not a 'part' per say, but I think it should be included. lol.

Re: favorite fake parts
The fire department is good for this stuff. Some very similar things. Like got to the ambulance and get the fallopian tube. A new one the other day was sending the FNG to find a PE PSI can.

Re: favorite fake parts
I told on of the mechanics he needed to fill out an ID 10T form the other day on a piece of equipment over the radio, the ironworkers, and other mechanics proceeded to bust out laughing as he in response asked what it was, and I told him, an Idiot form.
