He means Humvee. And a Humvee has a push to start ignition. Lolololololololol I too have gotten many people with that. Hahaha.

Did anyone ever see the show "when cars attack"? It was a fake documentary about this car part called a hydrocollator that would cause cars to drive on their own and cause wrecks and if you removed your hydrocollator, your car wouldn't start any more.

How about a replacement headlight filament wire or
new belts for your tires.

when i first started in a shop, they tried to get me to go to Napa and get flies for a flywheel.... i on the other hand schemed a comeback, and when i got to Napa, i asked the parts guy to call the mechanic, and ask how many he needed.... the mechanic said about thirty, and the napa guy told him they had just sold out!

I went to big o once for a alignment and the told me my brakes were not working right and my car was unsafe to drive....I asked why and they said because there was brake fluid in my master cyl and it needed to be replaced and my struts were leaking ( I was driving a 99 suburban at the time which doesn't have struts)
I wanted to jump over the counter and slap the guy lol

Sent fng to store for a pound of grinder sparks, told picky customer that the noise was cause they still had winter air in their tire and I replaced it with summer air free of charge.

When I was in the marines, I worked in an armory and whenever we would have them return the gear, we would ask where the spare barrel to MK-19 was. (There is a spare barrel for every crew served weapon such as: M240B, and M2 .50 cal. but not one for the MK-19 and also one for the M249 SAW).

And as far as the Humvee, they got another guy to call MotorT and ask them how old you had to be to check out the keys to a Humvee.

It's been mentioned already but the "turbo encabulator" is priceless.

There are two versions of it, i prefer the older one.

In my trade (pipefitter) we get the apprentices to find us tools like a long weight (wait) from the tool crib. If the guy running the crib knows whats up it can be very fun he'll grab them a chair and just tell them to sit down and he will get it for them.

I'll admit it, as an apprentice i even fell for the how many 7018 welding rods can you bend behind your neck.

7018 has a brittle flux coating by the way, you get the rest . . .

My favorite:
Me "hand me a 3/4 PVC 90, please"
New Guy "ok"
Me "make sure its a left elbow! you put a right on it, itll ruin the entire job!"

IT freaked the kid out, he spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to tell them apart

Don't know how much anyone knows about bikes, but on a bike forum a rider was told by a shop that when they replaced his swing arm on a ZX6 that the swing arm bushings would need balanced! Duh!
