and we convenced my bud in shop class that the oil filter had a plastic film on the inside that kept it "fresh" that you peel off before you put it on and he said " oh shit really" and it went on asfar as him jacking up the vehicle and halfway under there before the shop teacher let him know

I don't know of any electric cut off on hmmvs...they don't get stolen because who would try and steal a military vehicle off a military base.
After the find 50ft of flightline normally we send people looking for aircraft keys
