i took welding in school and ive seen way better welds by retarded kids (not actually retarded just stupid)

As a welder it just needs to be cleaned up. I wouldn't know the strength till I actually felt it, but a weld can look horrible unless its cleaned up.

I've been welding with stick an mig for almost 40 years, and I guarantee you that there will probably be 100 leaks in that thing, an the inside will be so rough that the turbo will be un-effective from so much turbulence.

It would probably have a better air flow thru the natural aspirated stock air filter with a mouse nest in it than this mess will provide.....hehe

Have never seen anything like that before first hand.

I have seen some pretty interesting ways to fix a hole in the side of a engine block.

I will have to find those pictures.

Hey, in my younger days I've did that with jb weld after I cleaned it good with carb cleaner/spray. It works if in the right place....
