The iPhone was built to be more "user friendly" to the common American.
Simple, not much intelligence and does exactly what you want it to do.

Apple was pretty bad in the beginning but Samsung was horrible I had three phones the S2,S4,and S5 active that the lock buttons would stick and the phone would lock itself and shut itself off so I'm waiting for them to fix that then I'll go back to a Samsung.

My s6 doesn't do it. I've had it for about 4 months. But it's in a lifeproof case so I think that helps it not get anything under the bottom
