Cause I live fairly close to Wasco and there's actually more than a few clowns roaming the streets there. Enough so that they made international news, Wasco doesn't even make local news.

It's still happening and not just one. It is actually a husband and wife doing this as part of a photo project and a bunch of people have started copying them, some of them going around and scaring little kids.

I let my ex drive mine! She tried to learn stick for a little bit and she was doing ok, but was to afraid she would break it. Oh well! Can't break my Stella

The best way to learn to drive stick is in someone ELSES vehicle. Lol
