Yeah, having owned 4 of them, I knew better. I was hoping it was from an early Rabbit (or Golf as they were known everywhere else), and I'm seriously hoping it was someone's attempt at humor.
But then again, the world is full of imbeciles, and all they need is access to the 'net and a digital camera to post something like this.
FWIW There were VW's that had radiators. I had a 1978 Westfalia poptop camper bus that had air conditioning, and had 2 big radiators underneath, and there were Vanagon "wasserboxer" (water boxer) engines that had water cooled cylinder heads, and the rest of the engine was air cooled. Surprisingly, they broke their head bolts or cracked the heads at about 30,000 miles.
