Brother who lives in Daytona Beach saw this coming home from work late one night. Couple Hispanic guys blaring some Spanish rap music.

It's not Spanish. That would be of Spain. It's Hispanic. Not the same thing.

Correct, Spanish refers to being of Spain, and Hispanic is not the same. I was talking about the language, which is common to both.
