Default Hellow - new here, not to rangers

Hello,
My name's Sara. I've been having my ranger for almost 5 years now. I have a 2004 XLT extended cab, very basic - I even have the manual locks and windows. The only thing I've really done is change out the seats to bucket seats and upgrade the radio - othen than basic maintenance of course. Now that the truck is finally getting paid off, I plan on lowering it some, but not too much. Floods too much around here to go as low as I want to. I'll add some pics of it later when I'm at home.

Welcome! Look forward to some pics of your truck :-)

Funny thing - I started off looking for a no-frills truck, but then ended up with my FX4...

i originally was going to lift mine, but decided since i won't be able to take it off-road anywhere around here (without needing a tow everytime) i might as well lower it.

mine isn't that basic. i still have tilt wheel and the rear jump seats - but i might be removing those if i get my way.

Welcome from the frozen north and the Pacific Northwest! Slam it as much as you want. It floods back home a lot to, just drive smart and have a ball. My other truck is getting a 4 inch drop. I'll drive it rain, snow or shine.

Welcome!
My 04 came like that as well, with tilt, cruise, AC, Mp3 Cd player, etc but no power locks, doors or mirrors.

Welcome! Slam it, damnit! Even with a 4/5" drop, you'll still have more "flood" clearance than most cars!

There's are the most recent I have from when I was trying to sell it. The center console is temporary. And like I said, I was originally gonna lift hence the big tires. Almost time for new ones so I'll be going back to factory size probably.
