New to your forum, Hello!
Hi Everyone,
New to FRF, I found it via google. My first Ranger I bought in 1990 was an 86 4cyl 5 spd with 159K on it. Truck was originally owned by Johnson Controls and was totally stripped. Rubber floor mat, radio delete, etc. It was white with a blue stripe, a utility cap and the letters scrubbed off. That truck got me moved from NY to FL and I ended up putting another 200k miles on it before else someone bought it from me. It was old, tired and the rear quarters were almost gone from rot but it still ran like a top. Based on the above experience with that little Ranger, I bought a new one when I moved back up to NY in 2000. This one was the opposite option wise, I believe it had almost every option but the skid plate package. I haven't driven as much lately (only 4000 miles in the past 3 years) but it looks like I am going to go back to using it as my everyday ride for awhile. Just realized I don't have a single picture of it, will take some and post tomorrow.
