Smile Planning on making a ranger drift truck!!

hey everyone, my name is frankie and im a proud owner of 03 Mustang Centennial. I dont want this numbered vehicle to pass 100,000 miles so i decided to get into another type of racing and make a drift truck.

ive seen a WHOLE bunch of people using nissan hardbodys for drifting. but i LOVE ford and ill own till i die.

Im going to buy a 1992 ranger 2wd next week and convert it into a drifting truck. just wanted to send this out to see if anyone else was also thinking about doing something like this....let me know

Get yourself some cheap coilovers, grip tires for the front, somewhat worn/cheap tires for the back, and weld your differential. Also, you might want to put some weight in the back (at least another set of tires or something of the sort). That should get you started well. Once you show up for some events... possibly at Nopi... sponsors will be watching! GOOD LUCK!! (: I want to do the exact same thing. Maybe if we make it big some day we can form a team.

My truck drifts real nice need to put some stiffer shocks in her and upgrade my sway bar and it'll work pretty well. I can side step second and shell side any corner. After my new motor and 300+ wheel horse it'll be even better lol good luck it's going to awesome
