Hi Y'all,
My names Amanda. Im from New Richmond, OH and Im currently now on my 4th Ford Ranger. I bought my latest brand ranger brand new back on 2009. Only modifications done at this point are after market wheels and tires and custom leather interior. My plans for it are is a 3in lift and tuner/progammer. Ive only read a few articles on them and would like some input from those of you who have one on your Ranger on wether or not its worth it to put a tuner on it.

By the way y'all have some nice lookin' rangers out there!!!!

I have a superchips flashpaq programmer-tuner.
I am happy with it, kind of.
I have a 99 ranger, and it won't let me change the tire height to re calibrate the speedometer, but it will for 2001+ rangers, so that bums me out.
Otherwise as far as the tunes and performance goes, I am very happy.
Its a code reader too, that's a bonus.
Plus you can view and do data logging of stuff like RPMs, air intake, sensor info, engine load and temp, and more.
