I could probably get 19mpg if I turned my truck off and started pushing it down the road every once-in-a-while. lol. Seriously, though, it doesn't matter how I drive, I get the same mpg. I've had it tuned all the different ways my programmer will allow, and even spent a week driving light and easy, and a week driving nice and lead-footed. End result: no difference in mpg. Same driving conditions every day, as I only drive my truck back and forth to work. The rest of the time, we're in the family vehicle (4-cylinder Saturn Vue)

Sounds pretty good. More throaty than I would have thought. Curious as to what it seems like at lower RPMs from outside. Havent heard one in person. Not a 3.0 at least. Once I get the lift all done I want to tint it and might want to throw in an exhaust.

Thats kinda strange how it can fluctuate from one vehicle to the next with the same motor. I running 20" rims, drive harder and get better mileage.

The k&n fipk helped a little with my mileage but not a really noticeable amount. I have 87k miles on it and am still on stock spark plugs and even the stock battery. When i first got it i was lucky to get 16 mpg, but of you baby it a little you can get 18 or 19. Let off the gas earlier before stop signs and coast up to it. Accelerate slower when theres no need to lay on it. Every little bit helps.

From what the guy at the dealership parts center said, there's 3 different setups for the 3.0 not sure what all the differences are, but it might affect the mpg.
