Default Hello Engine swap 2.0 to 2.3
Looking to replace the 2.0L engine with a 2.3L or better in the 1988 Ranger.
Has any one done this and are there any pitfalls? a rebuilt 2.0L seems scarce and there looks like there are alot of 2.3's for sale.

Its all been done before lol, but plz, dont put another 2.0 in there if your doing a swap anyways. Can even get a 8cyl in there if you want...look around the site.

I know people that have even gone bigger, if you have the time and tools. the parts come later GO BIG. Hell make it a sleeper
