31years chevy/gmc truck owner saw a 94 ranger 4.0 2wd for sale an said "wtf"! im a harley mechanic since 1982(im 47) so i go for machanical first, im impressed with this lil rig! my yukon now parked! lmao, 181,624 miles on "baby blue" leaks everywhere, iac bad,valves need adjusting( or this pushrod issue??) etc etc, hafta read up on specs then give this gal some loven. wtf is this pushrod issue! so im blue oval owner now...already got some helpful tech info on this drivetrain from you f..ers, so im grateful for that...

"thank yuh, thank yuh very much..." do it in an Elvis voice! this engine has more leaks than a inner city prostitute, but at 181,000miles shes smooth now and runs great! between the i.a.c & throttle plate covered in carbon,1faulty ign.wire, 2vacuum leaks and what look like the original plugs no wonder she idled so damn bad...let the fun begin.
